On large packages additional charges may be added. If this is necessary, we will contact you.

U.S. shipping costs:
• Regular - 10-18 days: USD $12.75 (CDN $18.75)
• Priority - 4-7 days: USD $20.00 (CDN $29.75)

Canadian shipping costs:
• Quebec and Ontario12.00 $ CDN
• New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island $16.00CDN
• Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta $19.00 CDN
• Newfoundland $21.00 CDN
• Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Yukon,Nunavut $22.00 CDN


We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Customer payments will be processed prior to the delivery of products.

Delivery of a customer's order is subject to the rules of FEDEX (shipping) or any other delivery company designated by imagenetwork.ca .In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.

Imagenetwork.ca, through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address the customer indicated in their order.

Shipping and handling charges are charged on a per gifts basis not by order.

Delivery of a customer's order will be made by imagenetwork.ca, through the delivery company, as soon as possible after the order is placed, and payment has been verified. Shipping time and shipping charges may vary according to the availability of products.

For any product delivered outside Canada, customers will be responsible for any clearance charges and any other inherent fees incurred by exportation outside of Canada.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Imagenetwork.ca cannot guarantee the availability of products shown on the site. If a product is not available, customers can choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the missing product in order to receive a complete delivery. In such an event, imagenetwork.ca shall advise the customer by e-mail when the product will become available.

In the event that a customer chooses to receive a partial order, Imagenetwork.ca will only charge the customer for the items delivered. The missing items will be charged when delivered, such delivery shall be at imagenetwork.ca’s expense.

Imagenetwork.ca shall not be held responsible for any and all damages customers may incur due to the insufficiency of the products held in inventory.


PICK-UP SERVICE
We sell no wine or alcohol.
Some gifts, at your demand, may include alcoholic beverages.
In order to assemble the/these gift(s) we will pick up for you the product
form the Société des Alcools du Québec. Please note that the portion of the
price representing the alcoholic beverage is based on the Société des
Alcools du Québec prices.We also do not ship any of these gifts that you
want with alcoholic beverages outside the Province of Quebec
